Does this sound familiar?

You have tried to feel better, but something still feels unresolved.

Many people have tried changing their diet, taking supplements or pushing through symptoms, only to feel confused when nothing seems to make a lasting difference.

Together, we look for the root of what may be causing your symptoms, so your recommendations feel clearer, calmer and more useful in everyday life.

Understanding your journey through personal experience.

Lived Experience

“You do not need to navigate your health journey alone.”

I’m a qualified nutritional therapist dedicated to helping people improve their health. Having personally managed my own autoimmune condition, I understand first-hand the challenges of long-term health concerns.

Finding the Root

Looking beyond the surface of normal test results.

When medical tests look normal but you still do not feel well, we look deeper together. We investigate everything from nutrition and lifestyle patterns to longer-term underlying health contributors.

12+ Years Client Care

A confidential, comfortable and supportive environment.

Common questions

Feel confident before you book your free consultation.

Do you work with clients online or only in Aberdeenshire?

I work with clients online across the UK and in person in Aberdeenshire by arrangement. Online support works well for autoimmune and digestive health work and gives flexibility around appointments.

Can you help if I have had tests and been told everything is “normal”?

Yes. Many clients come to me after being told their results are normal but they still do not feel well. We take a closer, whole-person look at what could be driving your symptoms.

Do I need an autoimmune diagnosis to work with you?

No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to get support. If you are struggling with immune-related symptoms, fatigue, digestion or ongoing flares, we can explore what is going on together.

What is nutritional therapy?

Nutritional therapy uses personalised food, lifestyle and wellbeing guidance to support your health goals. It looks at your whole picture rather than giving generic diet advice.
